Found in a Field

Found in a Field are a delightful Worcestershire/Birmingham based folk band.

They draw influences from long-lost ballads, Victorian music hall, border morris, eccentric poetry, Pre-Raphaelitism, quirky stories and scratchy old records.

With a full and rich multi-instrumental sound and beautiful and powerful vocals, they can go from the angelic to the hilarious with ease. Certainly, a band to look out for.

Support will be David Freja.  David has been performing in and around the Birmingham area and further afield. His deep dark soulful voice and lyrically thoughtful songs set the tone for an evening of reflective entertainment.‘I see myself as artist first and like to think I paint some kind of abstract musical pictures and hope the audience will be encouraged to stop and listen and interpret what they hear in their own way.’
